A 50-minute, full-body strength and cardio blast in a heated space designed to push limits and ignite transformation.

To get an extra cardio hit we’ve also introduced relentless ripper ski machines in the hot room. This brings a turbo-charged cardio component to every workout - for next-level endurance and calorie burn, and keeping our Hyrox athletes on top of their game.
